1. Printing, Processing and Shipping

Order processing and printing time (after payment is received) is usually 7-10 BUSINESS days (PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS DURING AND BEFORE HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS).  We print each item specifically for you. We do not maintain standing inventory of any kind other than raw materials, meaning we DO NOT HAVE ITEMS PRINTED SITTING ON SHELVES READY FOR SHIPPING.  Please understand this. 

Please keep in mind that we custom print everything. Please understand that when purchasing from us and during communications. Domestic Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days and International shipping 10-15 business.

Orders are typically processed twice a week.  We try to respond to inquiries and requests as soon as we can, sometimes it may take us a day or two if it is the weekend.

If for some reason a certain shirt is on backorder, which doesn't happen often, we will substitute the shirt brand with a brand shirt. We don't want the customer waiting any longer then normal for their cool new threads! If this is a problem when you receive the shirt, let us know and we can work something out.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly exchange a shirt for a different size if the original, unworn, unwashed shirt is sent back to us. The customer is responsible for the sending us the item(s) back for exchange, and we will pay the postage to send the new exchanged shirt or other items back to you (domestic only, international exchanges must include payment).

There is a 15% restocking fee on hoodies and zip up jackets if they need to be returned for a size exchange, due to the cost of the blank item. 

All refunds and exchanges must be returned to us in new, unworn, unwashed condition - postmarked within ten days of confirmed delivery. This is so we avoid anyone being shifty about their orders.

Please be sure to include a note with your name, address, username, reason you're returning the shirt, and what you'd like in exchange. The customer just has to pay shipping on the exchanged shirt if one is being exchanged for size. 

Please be sure to include your name when returning the garment to us and allow a few days for processing.

Order Cancelation

If an order is placed, and then canceled within 24 hours there will be no charge.  If that order is canceled after 24 hours of ordering, and items have been printed or ordered for print, to fullfill the customers order, then a 10% restocking fee and 5% processing fee will be charged at the time of refund.
